Job Description
The Old Khaki Department is in search of an Experienced Field Visual Merchandiser.
The team member will need to understand and have experience within the extensive product range.
They will need to be knowledgeable of in-store visual merchandising and how to utilize the retail space effectively to enhance the aesthetic appeal of displays and walkways which will enhance the Customer Journey.
They will need a strong visual merchandising background and a thorough understanding of industry best practices in collaboration with the strategy and focus. They need to have outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Detail and deadline oriented. Being a Team player is vital in this role due to the number of team members that they will need to constantly will need to interact with.
They will need to have the ability to align with the company vision, be self-motivated and actively involved in overseeing the end-to-end process in the applicable area of responsibility.
The successful candidate will have to have high energy levels to keep up with the fast-paced, exciting and dynamic retail environment.

Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of management and leadership experience is ideal.
- 5+ years of proven experience with visual merchandising and display in a Corporate Retail environment.
- 3+ years of experience managing Visual Merchandising for at least 20 Stores.
- Experience working in a Retail Store environment is highly preferred.
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to balance creative merchandising with business acumen.
- Have a current driver’s license and a fully functional motor vehicle.
