We’re looking for a Brand Lead to champion the K-Way brand — driving growth, innovation, and customer engagement across all touchpoints.
What You’ll Do
Lead and project-manage the K-Way marketing strategy from concept to execution.
Develop and deliver data-driven, customer-centric campaigns that grow our market share and brand love.
Manage creative, PR, and media partners to ensure impactful, on-brand execution.
Drive collaboration across internal teams — Merchandise, Visual Merchandising, E-commerce, and Operations.
Elevate the customer experience through compelling storytelling and innovative brand initiatives.
Manage budgets, report on campaign performance, and ensure efficient processes that deliver results.
What You’ll Bring
A Marketing qualification (degree or diploma).
3+ years’ experience in a senior marketing role within retail or a fast-paced consumer environment.
Strong project management, ATL, and budget management experience.
A strategic thinker with creative flair, business acumen, and a love for the outdoors.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
